Artwork Requirements

Get your designs print-ready! Follow our straightforward Artwork Guidelines to ensure your prints turn out vibrant and flawless.

1. File Preparation

  • Resolution: Keep artwork at 300 dpi or above for sharp, clear prints.
  • Color Mode: Use CMYK color mode to ensure colors print accurately.

2. File Types and Setup

  • Acceptable Formats: We accept PDF, AI, EPS, TIFF, and JPEG.
  • Text and Fonts: Convert all text to outlines to preserve your fonts.

3. Design Considerations

  • Bleed: Add a 0.125-inch bleed around your artwork to prevent unwanted white borders.
  • Safe Zone: Keep essential elements at least 0.125 inches from the edge to avoid trimming issues.

4. Proofing and Approval

  • Proofs: We'll send a digital proof for your review. Check everything carefully before approval.
  • Revisions: Request adjustments as needed to perfect your design.

5. Final Submission

  • Submission Checklist: Confirm resolution, color mode, bleed, size, and format are correct.

Ensuring your files meet these guidelines will help streamline the printing process and achieve the best results.
